You ever ask yourself, " What's the point?"
Here's a live set i recored doing a party earlier this year. Nothing crazy, just your average club shit... Enjoy!!
Saying hip hop is dead only means you don't belong. Joel Ortiz is one of the latest MC's that has me hype and excited about looking for an artist music. The other one is TheKidDaytona. Found out about him thru the Juan Epstein podcast and the kid just seems to be getting better with each song. The scary part is it looks like it comes so easy to him along with JetAudio coming so correct on the beat. You know what, this song is so ill to me I can't even think of things to say because it's going to turn into a groupie column. Just listen. I think the"Wuken Pu Nub" line did it for me lol. Props if you know the reference!

Posted by DeeJayVrsHere's a gem I pulled out while ripping vinyl to Mp3. I loved this era of hip hop because there was a large fusion of reggae over hip hop beats. I'm working on getting the music together for a mixtape composed only of reggae/hiphop joints. I'm not stingy especially when it comes to sharing music. So lets take it back with this one and do the butterfly!!
Click here and let's take it to Brooklyn!
Old school artist are just better performers.
I always post music that i enjoy on this blog instead of whats new or hot so you know i'm going to share this with you all. Come fly With Me by The Kid Daytona is a hands down solid project with production mostly by 6th Sense (Segue) who also produced Brand New Day by Outasight. Im not here to critic peoples music so take a listen and judge for yourself but i'm sure you wont be disappointed.
Here's another blend for all you Deejays & Shejays! When you got groupies posted up in the deejay booth tell em NUH LINGA!!
Better Than The Original in my opinion! Click me and let's take it back :)
Ahh The Blend...Taking an Acapella and an Instrumental and creating a brand new composition. One of my favorite aspects of the game....For your listening or party rocking pleasure check out Mike's Entourage & Fat Albert Throwback Enjoy!
